Mark your calendars, gather your dance-kakis and start training because C3, our internal dance competition, is back again this year!
Open only to Convergers who have attended a minimum of 5 classes since 1 Jan 2019, C3 is an Open Category, Open Genre group showcase competition specially created to give YOU a safe space to further your craft, strengthen your bonds, and win cash and free classes to continue growing with Converge!
No friends? Fret not! We are opening up a Solo Category this year for those of you who would like to showcase what you've got as an independent dancer!

Submit your Registration Forms by 23 Oct 2019, 2200hrs to our friendly (and gorgeous) counter staff.

Submit your videos to c3@convergestudios.sg by 23 Oct 2019, 2359hrs.

Venue: Converge Studios
Time: 2pm to 10pm
Auditions
Auditions Format: Video submission to be sent via email to c3@convergestudios.sg
Submission Deadline: 23 Oct 2019, 2359 hrs
Video Time Limit: 1 min to 1 min 30 secs (Solo), 1 min 30 secs to 2 mins (Group)
Results Release: 27 Oct 2019

Video must be taken from a frontal angle and must not be mirrored.

Submitted video must not have undergone any form of editing and must be in either one of the following formats: AVI, FLV, WMV, MP4, or MOV.

The subject of the email and title of the video must include the team name.

All participants must adhere and be willing to perform on the competition date as scheduled by the Organiser.
Competition Format
Category: Group Open
Dance Style: Any Genre
Team Members: 3 to 5 members
Time Limit: 3 to 4 mins (Finals), 1 min 30 secs to 2 mins (Auditions)
Registration Fee: $10 for the whole group
Category: Solo Open
Dance Style: Any Genre
Time Limit: 1 min 30 secs to 2 mins (Finals), 1 min to 1 min 30 secs (Auditions)
Registration Fee: $5 for each soloist
Judging & Scoring Criteria

Soloists/Teams will be assessed by a panel of judges appointed by the Organiser. Participants must agree that all decisions by the panel of judges are final and no correspondences, appeals or enquiries will be entertained.
