I do not have access to a credit card. What can I do?

For those without a credit card, we have provided a Banking Transfer option.

However, due to additional processing required, the following applies:

• A processing period of 2 working days (from the day the form is submitted)

• An additional $1 processing fee

• Only amounts of $19 is accepted ($18+$1)

Procedure:

1. Bank Transfer (Internet Banking, ATM) $19 to CV bank account: DBS Current Account 002-906326-8

2. Take note of your Transaction Number

3. Fill up this form with your relevant information (BELOW)

4. Wait for us to contact you with 5 x Coupon Codes

5. Each Coupon Code entitles you to a $3.60 off purchases

6. 5 x Coupon Code = 5 class purchases

7. Apply the Coupon Code to any purchase you intended

• Issued Coupon Codes are non-refundable

• Processing can only be done with correct information. Please be mindful to fill out the form carefully
